This is the responsibility of the parents. The parent must wake up, and then the children.
A child is just following his parent behaviour. so it is important that there will be explained with parent how they must handle their children by watching TV. Moreover it not good for the child he spends his time in front of the TV, because he will be ill. More seeing to the screen are not good for his eyes. En the parent must not forget that time is gold.

I think that the parents are fully responsible for their children; I totally agree witch the reaction of Kamal. Children are following their parent’s behaviour. If the parents give a good example to their kids then they will follow them. Children cannot decide for them self when they go to bed.
